1. Orders & Deliveries
- Drivers will not wait longer than 5 minutes after arriving at the delivery location.
- If you have prepaid and do not collect your order, it will be considered your loss.
- Orders must be placed with accurate delivery addresses and contact details to avoid delays.
- Deliveries are only available within defined delivery zones and during restaurant operating hours.
- Drivers must handle food with care and deliver it directly to the customer without tampering.
- Customers must treat drivers respectfully and avoid harassment or unsafe situations.
- Restaurants must ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and on time for collection.
2. Responsibility
- Drivers are not responsible for incorrect or missing products. Please contact the restaurant directly for any product-related issues.
- DIScampus acts only as a delivery facilitator and does not prepare food items.
- Restaurants are fully responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of their menu items.
- Each restaurant retains full responsibility for compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
3. Security & Privacy
- Your passwords are encrypted and never shared with anyone.
- We may store your order history and related records to improve services and prevent misuse.
- To complete deliveries, your name and phone number are provided to the assigned driver solely for delivery coordination purposes.
- Drivers are strictly prohibited from using customer information for any purpose other than fulfilling a delivery.
- Accounts showing repeated abuse (fake orders, no-shows, or multiple duplicate accounts) may be restricted or suspended.
- We respect your privacy and comply with South African data protection laws (POPIA).
4. Payments
- Prepaid orders are non-refundable if the customer fails to collect the order.
- Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 24 hours of order completion.
- Online payments are processed securely via Payfast. We do not store or process your card details directly.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds may only be requested if the restaurant confirms they cannot fulfill the order.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- DIScampus is not liable for delays caused by restaurant preparation times or other factors beyond our control.
- Our role is limited to facilitating delivery between the customer and the restaurant.
- Deliveries may be delayed during severe weather or unsafe conditions for driver safety.
7. Driver Conduct & Safety
- Drivers must obey traffic laws and prioritize safety at all times.
- Drivers may refuse a delivery if they feel unsafe at a location.
- Any misconduct by a driver, customer, or restaurant may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

9. General
- By using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
